You dont always know how a poker player will react to what has happened to them at the table. Take a time out when the below circumstances take place to determine how the table has been affected:
1. A player just won a big pot
2. A player just lost a big pot
3. A player at the table just got caught bluffing
4. A player was just eliminated
5. A player is tilting
6. A player has likely changed gears
7. The blinds have been increased

“When a player enters a pot before the flop and has more than half of his chips in action, I consider him 100% pot committed. Given the opportunity, he’ll put in the rest of his chips before the flop. if he doesn’t get that chance, he’ll likely use them all to chase the pot after the flop.” – Phil Gordon
And the online poker secret is: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE A BLUFF AT THIS POKER PLAYER!!!!!!

Bad poker player’s overvalue top pair too much. Keep in mind that the average winning hand in Hold’em is two pair.
Te best online poker secret here is, when you know you can beat a player who does have top pair (or you believe that is what the player holds), Overbet the pot to put them into a position to make a big mistake.

I am going to spend the next group of posts, talking about Phil Gordon and his Little Green Book, which I believe to be one of the greatest Beginner/Novice poker books available on the shelves. Not only is it an easy read, but it gives poker players the basic tools to move forward in their poker game and learn how to be a Winning Poker Player.
“Winning poker is not about winning money. Nor is it about reading tells or being the best bluffer. It’s not about winning the most pots. Winning poker is about making the correct decisions” – Phil Gordon
With that being said, you have made a great decision by visiting Online Poker Secrets, as we are here to provide you with the best possibile Poker Secrets we can, and hopefully they will help in improving your game.

A major issue with poker players is, once they outplay someone, they think that they can always outplay that poker player. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS BELIEF!!!!
If you strongly outplay someone, be very conscious of what might happen in the future. They may play tighter the next time and you need to be prepared to react accordingly.
